Can you source a product that is not listed on your website?
Yes. The website shows only a selection of our capabilities. Send us a product description, sample or images together with your estimated quantity.
Can we customise colours, materials, sizes and logos?
Often, yes. Product customisation may include colours, dimensions, print, embroidery, labels and packaging, subject to product and quantity.
Can you manufacture an entirely new product?
Yes. We work with bespoke product development and OEM/ODM manufacturing, starting from ideas, sketches, drawings or reference samples.
Can you offer alternatives to our current manufacturer?
We can explore alternative manufacturers, materials and production methods based on your specifications.
Can you arrange multilingual manuals?
We can assist with product manuals, packaging copy and labelling for different markets as agreed for each project.
Pricing & ordering
Why are there no fixed prices on your website?
Quotations depend on quantity, design, materials, production, exchange rates, freight and lead time.
Do larger quantities reduce the unit price?
Usually, because certain manufacturing and setup costs can be spread across more items.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Please contact us with your estimated quantity.
Do you sell individual items to consumers?
We primarily serve businesses, organisations and public-sector buyers rather than individual consumers.
Are freight and customs included?
Delivery terms, including DDP where applicable, are stated in each quotation.
What payment terms do you offer?
Normally 30 days subject to approved credit, unless otherwise agreed.
Quality & delivery
Can we approve samples before production?
Custom projects normally involve a pre-production sample or other suitable approval materials.
How do you manage quality control?
Controls and testing are adapted to product requirements and applicable regulations. Independent laboratories can be involved where appropriate.
How long does delivery take?
Lead times depend on manufacturing and shipping arrangements; estimates are provided with the quotation.
Can you arrange sea and air freight?
Yes. We can coordinate sea, air and road freight depending on schedule, cost and product requirements.
Can you deliver directly to our customer?
Yes. Direct delivery and customised delivery notes are available by agreement.
