2. What data do we process?

Depending on the relationship, we may handle your name, company and role, contact details, address, enquiry contents, product and order details, invoicing data, and technical information such as IP addresses and security logs. Please do not send sensitive personal data through the website form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Enquiries and communication: receiving and responding to messages, preparing quotations and following up business contacts. The legal basis is usually our legitimate interest in B2B communication or steps before entering a contract.
  • Contracts, orders and delivery: administering production, logistics, payments and customer service. Depending on the processing, the legal basis may be contract, legitimate interest or legal obligation.
  • Accounting and regulatory duties: complying with applicable laws.
  • Operation and security: protecting our website and preventing misuse based on legitimate interest.
  • Optional analytics and marketing: if activated in the future, we will obtain consent when legally required. The current website theme does not automatically load external analytics or marketing scripts.

4. Recipients

Data may be processed by providers supporting hosting, email, IT, accounting, shipping and logistics and, where needed, manufacturing partners. We do not disclose personal data to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing without an appropriate legal basis.

5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

We work with suppliers and manufacturing partners in Asia. Some contact details may need to be shared outside the EU/EEA to manage a project or delivery. Such transfers must be assessed for a lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Information about relevant safeguards is available on request.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed. Enquiries are retained during handling and afterwards only when follow-up, business relations or legal claims justify further retention. Accounting records are kept for statutory periods; security logs are limited to the time needed for security and troubleshooting. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing, and withdraw consent. Please contact us using the details above. We normally respond within one month, and requests are generally handled free of charge.

You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

8. Cookies

Our website may use necessary WordPress cookies and local storage to remember cookie preferences. See our cookie information page. Optional analytics and advertising must not be activated before valid consent where it is required.

9. Changes

We update this notice when our processing or website features change and indicate the latest revision date on this page.
